• Return is possible for 5 days on all products, however, an email has to be sent prior to return and the product must be shipped back to us at your cost since we don’t charge any separate shipping fees.
• Upon receipt and inspection of product we issue refund, which is processed and received back to original mode within 7-10 working days.
• Incase the product is damaged during shipping then the same must be informed within 48 hrs via email and photographs of opening of the package, then the refund will be issued as per return policy and we will pay for the shipping charges as well.
• Any deductions made in either case won’t be a cancellation charge on our end, as the payment gateway may deduct it’s convenience fees.
