• If the product is received in a damaged condition by the customer, return and replacement will be free of charge.

• Photographic evidence of the damage taken at the time of unpacking.

• Once the product is inspected and the damage is verified, we will process the free replacement or refund as applicable.

7.3 Chargeable Returns and Replacement

• If the product is not damaged, customers will bear the cost of return shipping and replacement fees.

• If the customer requests a replacement for any reason other than damage (e.g., size, color, or preference changes), the replacement will also be chargeable.

• Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

• Once inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your request.
